The demand for COVID-19 vaccines everywhere still far exceeds the supply of available appointments. As a result, trying to sign up for vaccinations has proven nearly impossible to date for the many patients we are hearing from daily. As hospitals, public health departments and large pharmacy & grocery store chains get additional vaccines, we expect that making an appointment will become easier. Publix recently had good success in a pilot program in Marion, Citrus and Hernando counties and is working with the Florida Governor for more vaccines:
